Almost. And then I realized I was actually living in answered prayers. It just didn’t show up EXACTLY how I imagined, but it was still everything I prayed for. Sometimes we have an idea of how things should go and look, and that’s just not how life works!

Rich/wealthy people be bankrolling their kids whole life (housing, education, transportation, food) down to experiences and travel so that by the time they are done with school and in their mid 30s they don’t have bills, debt, etc. Here comes black twitter pushing extreme independence because it’s all we know. 😂😂😂

This is how you build a community. By SHOWING UP in person for your people. How many times did we hear our parents say “I don’t feel like it, but I’m gonna go and show my face for a lil bit.” That’s why THEY have ppl coming out the woodwork for them whenever it’s their turn!
Birthday parties. Funerals. Hospital visits. We're raising our kids to attend anything they're invited to that's meaningful to someone else, even if they might prefer doing something else. Always go to the funeral.
