Liftoff! Congratulations to @JAXA_en, @NASA, and the entire MMX team. Once MMX reaches Phobos, our P-Sampler will collect surface material using high-pressure, ultra-pure nitrogen gas. Mounted on one of the MMX lander’s four legs, the P-Sampler is designed to complete sampling in a matter of seconds: bit.ly/4eHejFL

Welcome aboard, @reflectorbital. 🚀 Two dedicated launches on our Vikram rockets will take their future spacecraft to orbit.
Reflect Orbital builds mirrors that orbit Earth and reflect sunlight to chosen spots on the ground. Solar farms can generate power for longer, and rescue teams can find people in the dark.
This is a milestone for India’s private space sector. Just months after Vikram-1 reached orbit on its maiden flight, a US-based company is taking its spacecraft to orbit on rockets built in India. The agreement extends Skyroot’s launch manifest across the Vikram family and gives Reflect Orbital an assured schedule and capacity, alongside its planned launches from the United States.
Building for the world from India. 🇮🇳

Inspector Smile is ready for science! 🫡
This is Smile’s first ultraviolet view showing an auroral substorm.
With the ultraviolet camera now operational, Smile becomes the first spacecraft since 2008 to capture the full ring of northern lights around the north pole in ultraviolet light.

Flight acceptance hot test of CE20 cryogenic engine earmarked for the C32 upper stage of upcoming LVM3 mission at uprated thrust conditions of 220kN is successfully carried out at ISRO Propulsion Complex, Mahendragiri on September 09, 2026.
Performance of the LOX Tank Pressurization Module (LTPM) meant for the C32 stages for Gaganyaan missions was also successfully demonstrated in this test.

Humbled to announce the inauguration of two of our units (STIF & PROOF) by Gaganyaatri Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla @gagan_shux . Amidst his busy schedule he took time out to talk to the team, visit many of our engine test stands and also spoke to us about riding a launch vehicle to orbit - a conversation we will never ever forget as launch vehicle builders.
He also witnessed live the inaugural igniter firing in STIF.
About the facilities -
PROOF - PRessurant Overwrapping & Outfitting Facility to make pressure bottles in-house. Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs) are the 'black coloured' wrapped pressure bottles - one of the trickiest systems in launch vehicles. In our previous launch, we flew three of them at 350 bar pressure and in Mission - 02 a few more would fly. Having a unit to manufacture these in house is operationally & quality wise efficient and a step towards reliable and repeatable stage performance.
STIF - Stage Testing & Inspection Facility which will be used both before and after a launch on the same hardware. This allows us to think about minimising the time taken from landing to recovery to inspection to refurbishment to reuse in an optimal manner.
Looking forward to a super exciting Mission - 02 from India, for the world.

We’re in orbit! And just made European history: This is the first time a privately developed rocket reached orbit from continental Europe; and a testament to the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of everyone involved.
Mission Success!

Bengaluru-based student-led startup Othisis Systems has recently testfired a 3D-printed (SLM) Methalox rocket engine that for their upcoming reusable orbital launch vehicle! 🔥
The engine has 5 kN thrust at 35 bar chamber pressure with regenerative & film cooling. It uses a modular pintle injector that allows the engine to able to be re-specced across different propellant combinations or thrust points by swapping a single component rather than redesigning the whole engine.
During the recent testfire, the engine was operated at reduced pressures for end-to-end validation of the system, and Othisis will incrementally work their way up towards validating the engine at full thrust and chamber pressure for longer durations.
They're developing this engine for the upper stage of their upcoming orbital-class launch vehicle capable of launching upto 1,500 kg payloads into 500 km Low Earth Orbit, featuring first stage booster recovery via Return To Launch Site propulsive landing!
The first launch of this launch vehicle is planned to take place from SHAR in Q4, 2028!
Othisis is also developing a VTVL hopper vehicle based around this engine. This hopper vehicle forms the first stage of their broader roadmap to developing their orbital launcher!
This first suborbital hop flight of this vehicle is aimed to take place by the end of 2026!

EVEREST will take 1000 tonnes to Low earth orbit annually from Indian soil. It will take immense amount of effort by the Astrobase team. This is what we are up for.
1000 tonnes == 5000 operational Sats in LEO. Thats what we need as a first step. That where it starts to matter.
