El 22 de octubre de 2026, comenzará en Leeuwarden (Países Bajos) la audiencia principal de una demanda por daños y perjuicios relacionados con las "vacunas Covid" de Pfizer, contra: Bill Gates; el director ejecutivo de Pfizer, Albert Bourla; el secretario general de la OTAN, Mark Rutte; el Estado neerlandés y otras partes, presentada por siete personas que reclaman una indemnización
Según la resolución oficial con fecha del 16 de octubre de 2024, el argumento central de la demanda es que los demandados actuaron de forma concertada para engañar a los demandantes y lograr que se les inocularan las inyecciones Covid, a pesar de que sabían, o tenían motivos para saber, que dichos productos no eran ni seguros ni eficaces. Además, en la resolución el tribunal determinó que el tribunal neerlandés tenía competencia para conocer de la demanda contra Gates.
Los demandantes sostienen que el proyecto "COVID-19: El Gran Reinicio" (COVID-19: The Great Reset) —atribuido a una red global de personas, empresas y entidades vinculadas al Foro Económico Mundial y a las Naciones Unidas— sirvió para presentar la pandemia como una crisis que requería una intervención global centralizada, utilizando las vacunas como herramienta para dicha reorganización social.
Los demandantes afirman haber sido inducidos a "vacunarse" mediante información engañosa sobre la necesidad, la seguridad y la eficacia de las inyecciones, sin que mediara un consentimiento verdaderamente informado.
Se alega que Bill Gates participó en esta supuesta campaña de engaño a nivel mundial a través de vídeos públicos difundidos en 2020 sobre la necesidad y la seguridad de las vacunas contra la COVID-19; asimismo, se le responsabiliza por su implicación y sus acciones dentro de este presunto grupo.
A Albert Bourla y a Pfizer se les acusa de participar en la difusión de mensajes que minimizaban los riesgos y, al mismo tiempo, exageraban la seguridad y la eficacia de las vacunas, induciendo así a las personas a vacunarse.
A Mark Rutte y al Estado neerlandés se les acusa de promover e implementar el programa de vacunación en los Países Bajos utilizando información engañosa, sin garantizar un consentimiento plenamente informado.
Los siete demandantes afirman haber sufrido daños físicos y psicológicos tras recibir las inyecciones. Dos de ellos han fallecido, por lo que sus herederos continúan con el procedimiento judicial. Los demandantes solicitan al tribunal que declare ilícita la conducta de los demandados y que los condene —de forma solidaria, al pago de una indemnización por daños y perjuicios, cuya cuantía se determinaría en una fase posterior.

🚨 Monsieur le ministre de l’Intérieur @NunezLaurent, cette vidéo circule sur les réseaux sociaux et beaucoup affirment que l’homme mort serait bien ce street medic, sévèrement frappé par la police.
D’après la préfecture de police de Paris, s’il y a bien eu un mort, il s’agirait d'un manifestant qui aurait fait « un malaise au niveau du boulevard Magenta, dans le 10e arrondissement de la capitale, où est passé le cortège ».
Il aurait été porté par d'autres manifestants jusqu'au centre de secours de Château d'eau, mais serait décédé devant les portes de l'établissement avant d'avoir été pris en charge.
Que s’est-il passé ? Maintenez-vous ce matin la version officielle ? Ou est-ce bien cet homme que l’on voit sur cette vidéo qui est décédé ?
