Pregnancy lasts about 9 months, but conception usually happens around 2 weeks after the last menstrual period. So when your baby turns 3 months, conception was roughly 12 months ago... not 3.

If Manaka is saying she didn’t know of the names, it’s very possible that he didn’t know of them as well & naturally he would be shocked & not have an instant reaction. Looks like the people that knew about the names is Dineo and Mpumi. Mpumi mdala, she’s should’ve done better
