Where did you get the idea that you have to own property to vote?
No, Julie, this is a bunch of privileged, entitled, out of town students trying to shape local government in North Carolina. Student who aren’t residents and don’t own property, don’t get to decide where the voting locations are in North Carolina. They maybe able to do that in Philly, but we aren’t Philly.

Famously no debate about who was allowed to use which restroom in 1965. Or water fountain. Or lunch counter.

Two weeks ago I pointed out the Eagles did not attempt a straight drop back pass from under center. Defenses know any time the Eagles are under center they are either running or running PA. This allows the defense to blitz without fear of getting beat by a quick pass. 3 weeks later the Eagles still have not attempted a straight drop back from under center. The Panthers have (predictably) blitzed every time the Eagles are under center. How has the coaching staff not figured this tell out yet and adjusted?

What’s sad is that I see a bunch of people piling on him or saying this why people shouldn’t have kids. Unfortunately it may take you having kids to see what was normal in your childhood isn’t normal. You can’t heal what you don’t know has affected you. Healing is a life long thing. I hate when people act like they’re better than the next person
Do yall kids hug yall ? No one hugged me when i was a kid so i be looking at my kids like they trippin they hug me like every other hour is that normal ? It feels awkward. I don’t dislike it i just don’t know what to make of it I’m not used to affection from family

Jaylen Brown says he bought a gold harp, and now has someone come over twice a week to play it as the sun goes down while his chef cooks dinner “My favorite purchase, I think my best, my most favorite purchase was, I bought a harp. I bought like a gold harp. I got it upstairs too…” “I got a harpist that come play like twice a week. While the sun is going down, chef is in the kitchen. You know what I mean? Just…”

Travis Hunter just did something that hasn't happened in the NFL in 24 years! - Catching a touchdown as a receiver - Interception in the same game

Of course it’s OutKick. But I’m glad she let that mfer know! Angel was still on her rookie contract, and she was traded. Once she was informed of the trade, the Sky organization, her agent, and her team worked together to put her n the best position. Maryland was ranked No. 10 in the country and had just made a Sweet Sixteen appearance when Angel transferred. Nobody was expecting LSU to win a damn thing. What’s the next narrative?!! Y'all so desperate lol

Wake Forest isn’t just above .500. They’re 6-1 with only loss to Miami, they’re ranked and have an SOR of 11. They’re 16th in FPI which is higher than both Kentucky and UCLA. @WakeFB deserves more respect than it’s getting. Numbers are one thing, the tape does the talking, too.

Virtually every university across North Carolina has lost its early voting site. This is a coordinated assault on youth & minority turnout.
North Carolina A&T students marched an hour each way to vote on the first day of early voting after their campus polling site was removed by the Guilford County Elections Board. Proud 👏🏽

Terry Robiskie says as an NFL head coach he once received a message from his team's owner telling him not to let a player on his team earn his $300,000 contract bonus for total receptions, and says instead of listening to the owner he deliberately called plays to help that player reach the incentive “Larry Centers was our fullback, and your daddy would always feature him. Your daddy made sure Larry Centers caught six, seven balls a game. He was the best at getting balls in the right hands of the right people.” “I'll never forget it. We were playing Arizona, which was Larry's old team. Larry came to my office, sat down at my desk, and said, ‘Coach, you know, I didn't make that much money this year on my salary. But I need six catches in this game.’” “And Norv would always get him seven, nine catches. He said, ‘I need six catches in this game. If I get those six catches, man, I got a $300,000 bonus.’ And I turned and looked at him. I said, ‘Three hundred? Are you crazy? I don't make but $140,000. I'm the head coach!’” “He said, ‘Coach, man, I gotta get these six catches for this $300,000, man. I'll give you a thousand.’ I said, ‘Okay, good. Give me a thousand!’ But right then, that guy wanted to know, ‘Coach, do you really care about me?’ You know what I mean? And I know that I got a little note from the owner of that team saying, ‘Don't let that guy get them six catches.’” “I threw him seven balls in the first quarter. I made sure he got them. I never got my thousand dollars from him. I gotta get my thousand! But I made sure he had his incentive. And I told the owner, ‘If you don't want him to make that incentive, don't put it in his contract, because I'm the wrong guy.’ I'm the wrong guy.”

“only in new york do you sometimes go two places in one day”
i dont know if people truly appreciate the math new yorkers have to do getting dressed every day, sometimes it is simply too inconvenient to go home and you have riddles like "what outfit can i wear to both the dentist and the club"

Boy the Goat. The whole family better talk to bruh nice moving forward
A 5-year-old girl plunged 49 feet from a moving cruise ship into the open ocean. Her father heard his wife screaming and raced toward the railing, only to discover that their daughter was gone. It happened aboard the Disney Dream near the Bahamas, where a family vacation took a terrifying turn when the little girl fell from the ship’s fourth deck. When her father realized what had happened, he jumped overboard after her, plunging nearly 50 feet into the ocean. But when he surfaced, he couldn’t see his daughter anywhere. He began desperately calling out for her, searching the water until he finally heard her calling back. He swam toward her and managed to reach her, but they were still stranded in the open ocean as the massive cruise ship began turning around. For roughly 20 minutes, he kept his little girl afloat, holding her above the water until a rescue boat finally reached them and brought them back to safety. Both survived, although the father suffered two fractures in his spine from the fall. It takes an incredible amount of courage to jump nearly 50 feet into the open ocean, not knowing what awaits you below. But this father didn’t hesitate to put his own life on the line for his little girl. Thank God they both made it home.
