DAO Update:
Applications are open for DCP 1, State of Scroll Research, the first pilot of the Delegates Contribution Program!
The initiative will produce a global research report on Scroll’s ecosystem, combining regional insights and cross-regional analysis.

Since last year, the Scroll DAO has run the Governance Contribution Recognition (GCR) program.
It’s a quarterly incentive rewarding delegates for staying active: voting, publishing rationale, and engaging in governance discussions.

ChatterPay lets anyone use crypto through WhatsApp - with no extra app downloads, just messages
> They shared traction numbers, product features, their Ambassador Program launch, and 2026 roadmap
> Delegates showed up with real questions and ideas for collaboration
We're glad that the DAO operates in such a collaborative way - ecosystem projects sharing updates, delegates engaged and challenging assumptions, new partnerships are forming
