It's been a big week in @georgetowntx, which continues to establish itself as manufacturing hub with a trio of big and prominent leases that came to light this week, as reported by @myabj.
Another major data center supplier, @Vertiv ($VRT), roughly doubled its lease north of Austin to nearly 123,000 square feet. It comes a few months after acquiring a liquid cooling solutions company that previously called the space its HQ.

A company that makes encapsulants for the solar industry recently leased an 82,000-square-foot space that will serve as its headquarters. It is planning to hire 200 people by April, and reach 50 employees within the next six weeks. bizjournals.com/austin/news/…
It's official: @blueorigin is headed to Hutto. Jeff Bezos' space company is building a 1.3 million-square-foot manufacturing and more site that it's calling Constellation Park. It could create 2,000 jobs. More details in here: bizjournals.com/austin/news/… via @MyABJ
(The Austin Business Journal first reported Blue Origin was looking at Central Texas in December, and that several local cities had submitted bids to an RFP. It also first reported in May Hutto was the Austin-area city it squared in amid a national search. Now it's official.)
