Yep. Go to any English ground. Whenever a defender heads a ball back to a goalkeeper, there’s a round of applause… A player tries a skill and it goes wrong, there’s a groan. People may look at that and think I’m overthinking it, but it tells a lot about the culture we’ve seen throughout this country. Safe, fear first rather than proactive and dream big. A great shame

In a game, we’re only a draw would miraculously only fuck over the nation that is at war with the host nation. The referee plays two minutes extra into overtime so that the Austrians have a chance to equalize and once they do, the referee doesn’t even play a second over extra time absolutely unbelievable this is fucking rigged and it’s fucking bullshit.
