It's been 2 years since I entered the University
The first year was tough, had a 2'1 CGPA and a single win from web 3.
School was a new territory for me and I had to learn its ropes, in the process I left web 3.
Every holiday,I come back trying to find my footing but...
I might have cracked the secret to cold messages..
Reading the book "how to win and influence people" made me realise that everyone is so invested in themselves they can hardly see past their nose.
But cold messages require you to move past your needs to the customers own,
Distractions will cross paths with you more times than you can count
The ability to be focused is highly underrated and most people don't know how to be focused
I'm no expert but with a strong 2'1 in Marine Geology,I have a few tips to share that you can use in any aspect
→ Have a goal in mind (e.g finish this book by the weekend)
→ Divide your goal into mini goals for each day ( e.g. read 4 pages a day) you can go further by doing 1 page in the morning, afternoon, evening and night. Just make it achievable
→ Desire is a key part of focus,
"Don't use the excuse of learning to shy away from actions"
After I decided to venture into sales, i realised I had to start somewhere, I had to learn.

The next day I received an email booking a video interview, scheduled for 30 mins,
I showed up to the interview and within 28 hours of the interview I got an email confirming that my job application has been granted with a big fat CONGRATS.
A week ago I was onboarded into @zidepeople sales and bizDev intern position.
I learnt a lot from the team about how sales work, one of the many things I learnt is using emotional triggers.
These are in form of
→ selling with stories
→ finding the pain point
it's really hard, I'd feel lost starting all over again
Every time I came back, I had to develop new strategies to make funds, writing, jobs, and airdrops.
But nothing worked, I mean how long was the holiday for?
