Proud to see @endorsed_ai featured in @FortuneMagazine today for our work combating candidate fraud.
As the article reports, we’ve found that about half of applications to remote IT roles show fraud patterns.
This is why we had to redesign identity verification for recruiting.
Conventional identity verification tools are not reliable or efficient enough to address this type of fraud. Fraudsters routinely circumvent them with "ID mules" to pass verification, while the process is too burdensome for teams to use across their entire applicant pool.
85% of our customers use an ATS that offers built-in fraud detection. Those who relied on it came to us because it flagged too many legitimate candidates and missed too many fraudsters. Their recruiters lost trust in the results.
In both scenarios, recruiters are back to manually reviewing candidates for fraud, while the security risks remain unresolved.
What teams needed was accurate, compliant fraud detection at the point of application, with no additional steps for the candidate, all inside their ATS.
My cofounder Kevin and I are glad to build this for recruiting and security teams, and help the job applicants who were getting lost in a sea of fraudulent resumes.

They say build for the “magic moment” for users.
For us that’s detecting the North Korean spy on your payroll with full system access.
I don’t think our customers would describe this moment as “magic”, but it definitely aligns everyone on using Endorsed.
Profitability is underrated in tech.
If you’re a founder, don’t let anyone psych you into thinking profitability means it’s a “lifestyle business” or an unambitious move.
Since Endorsed became profitable:
I’m more productive and work longer hours because the work is more fun and fulfilling.
We make better decisions from a position of power and abundance.
We show up more confidently on sales calls knowing we have a better business.
Team morale is higher.
We have even more confidence we will achieve our ambitious plans.

AI transformed coding, science is next

if this is true everyone on Metamask should move their crypto to another wallet immediately (ideally hardware)
North Korean IT workers exfiltrates data immediately and other decisions obviously specialize in crypto theft and laundering
The reason "the best startup ideas sound like the worst ideas" is because a problem has accelerated faster than the public narrative.
The only way to know about them is if you are on the frontier with the people experiencing the pain.
If you sell bulletproof clothing, shooting yourself on camera is definitely a good way to go viral and prove that your product works 😂

If the socialists had their way, Elon would have had his paypal profits taken and redistributed for the greater good.
The world would never have seen Tesla, nor SpaceX.
And the world wouldn't know it, because they were uncreated, and thus unseen.

Introducing FraudShield Chrome extension — AI candidate fraud detection in your ATS! 🕵️
Start for free in seconds: endorsed.com/extension
This year, my cofounder and I saw recruiters spending half their time just checking if candidates were real. So we built FraudShield inside Endorsed.
Now FraudShield also comes in a simple Chrome extension that automatically flags fraud at any step in your ATS workflow.
No integration or setup is required — it just reads the page.
FraudShield uses AI to verify identity — checking resumes, social profiles, phones, emails, external databases, and more to spot fakes before interviews.
You can also bulk filter and reject fraud, create compliance records, and view analytics on advanced plans.
Privacy is built in:
- No candidate data retention on free plans beyond short-lived debug logs
- Minimal Chrome permissions
- We don’t train AI on your data by default
Now more teams can get their time back, revive their inbound pipelines, and keep their companies safe.

The fastest way to lower average housing prices in American cities is enforcing the law/reducing criminal activity. Huge chunks of high-density housing are trapped in Bad Neighborhoods, no-go zones depressed well below nearby prices. Nobody with options even considers them.

THE NIGHT SKY ON MARS LOOKS INSANE
Imagine standing on Martian soil under a sky so dense with stars it feels unreal.
That’s the view - no atmosphere to blur it, no city lights to drown it out.
How long until we’re the ones under that sky?
