“22 And they all adored the Lord, and said to her: The Lord hath blessed thee by his power, because by thee he hath brought our enemies to nought. 23 And Ozias the prince of the people of Israel, said to her: Blessed art thou, O daughter, by the Lord the most high God, above all women upon the earth. 24 Blessed be the Lord who made heaven and earth, who hath directed thee to the cutting off the head of the prince of our enemies. 25 Because he hath so magnified thy name this day, that thy praise shall not depart out of the mouth of men who shall be mindful of the power of the Lord for ever, for that thou hast not spared thy life, by reason of the distress and tribulation of thy people, but hast prevented our ruin in the presence of our God. 10 And when she was come out to him, they all blessed her with one voice, saying: Thou art the glory of Jerusalem, thou art the joy of Israel, thou art the honour of our people:” - Judith 13:22-25, 15:10-10 ☩

Theologians have always taught that olive oil is necessary for the validity of the sacrament of confirmation. Yet today, some use peanut oil, soybean oil… so that one can have serious doubt about the validity of the sacrament. -Abp. Lefebvre

“If a man wants God to hear his prayer quickly, then before he prays for anything else, even his own soul, when he stands and stretches out his hands towards God, he must pray with all his heart for his enemies. Through this action God will hear everything that he asks.” - Abba Zeno, Sayings of the Desert Fathers

A friend just taught me about the Third Order of the SSPX. Each member is given a priest to pray for, for the rest of their lives (the member’s life). How special is that? You aren’t supposed to tell the priest that you are assigned. I think that is so special and amazing

Respectfully, @TaylorRMarshall I know that you have always been FSSP-aligned, but you did once say “in this crisis SSPX is where it’s at. Now I see God’s hand on them.” I’m guessing you wouldn’t put it the same way today?

The title “Co-Redemptrix” was elevated to an indulgenced prayer in 1913 by Pope St. Pius X. “I bless thy holy Name, I praise thine exalted privilege being truly Mother of God, ever Virgin, conceived without stain of sin, Co-Redemptrix of the human race.”

“I can hear them say: "You exaggerate! There are many good bishops who pray, who have the Faith, who are edifying . . ." They may have been saints, but as soon as they accept the false religious liberty, hence the secular State; false ecumenism, and hence the admission of many ways of salvation; liturgical reform, and hence the practical negation of the Sacrifice of the Mass; the catechism with all their errors and heresies - they are officially contributing to the revolution within the Church and to its destruction! The current Pope and bishops no longer hand down Our Lord Jesus Christ, but rather a sentimental superficial, charismatic religiosity, through which, as a general rule, the true grace of the Holy Ghost no longer passes. This new religion is not the Catholic religion; it is sterile, incapable of sanctifying society and the family.” - Archbishop Lefebvre, Spiritual Journey.

Novus Ordo types will even use your death, full of fake sympathy, as a chance to take a jab at the SSPX. Sickening and heartless.

This is sad and terrifying. We should pray for him but also as a warning to others in the SSPX remember that there is one group that the catechism explicitly says cannot be saved. (CCC846) "They could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it." If you know the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, and you refuse to remain in her, as the SSPX does, you cannot be saved. Repent before it is too late.

He came to our chapel during the Covid restrictions and would offer 3 Sunday Masses for us when only 25 or 50 of us were allowed to be present. We'll done, good and faithful servant.

Fr Davide Pagliarani (Superior General of the SSPX) as a 6 year old, rebuked a group of Italian priests for their disbelief in the Holy Trinity - Fr Loschi, SSPX, in a sermon on the Eighth Sunday after Pentecost, 15 July 2018, recounts: “You may have heard that last Wednesday, our religious congregation, the Society of Saint Pius X, has elected a new Superior General. The Superior General is the priest in charge of all the houses of the congregation in the whole world. It is a big responsibility. The Assistants of the Superior General are also new. The First Assistant is Bishop de Galarreta and the Second Assistant is a French priest, Fr. Bouchacourt. The new Superior General is Father Davide Pagliarani. Some of you know him as he was in charge of our house here in Kurana for 3 or 4 years in the early 2000s; he was present here on the day of the tsunami. After the tsunami, he liaised with the Archbishop’s House for the Aid relief sent by us from abroad when our Society contributed to the building of villages in the Sea Street area. Fr. Pagliarani is Italian and worked in Argentina for 6 years as well as Fr. Bouchacout who happened to meet Pope Francis when he was the Archbishop of Buenos Aires. Bp de Galarreta also lived in Argentina for many years. Pope Francis is of Italian descent and from Argentina. All this should contribute to foster an atmosphere of friendship with the Pope. You should know something about Father Davide Pagliarani that his mother told me which will help you to understand his character. Until they retired, Fr Davide’s parents owned and managed a hotel in Rimini, the city where they live. Rimini is a famous tourist destination in Italy because it is by the sea. The parents used to receive many priests in their hotel, and even the bishop, who would come and eat at the occasion of an important event like the First Holy Communions or a major Feast Day. One day, for lunch, a long table had been prepared for a group of priests. Little Davide was 6 years old at that time and was coming in and out of the kitchen to help his parents with the service. The priests were having a good time and Davide could hear their conversations. It was the day of the feast of the Holy Trinity. All of a sudden one priest asked another: -“Do you believe in the Holy Trinity?” -“Of course not’, the other replied, “It is good for children to believe that.” Another priest talked likewise and said he did not believe in it either. Eventually, all the priests admitted not to believe in the Holy Trinity. Little Davide drew close to the table and shouted at the priests: -“What you say is very bad, shame on you!” The priests were a bit embarrassed for being rebuked by a little boy. That child had the faith, those priests did not. And it was in Italy, 41 years ago. No wonder why the churches are empty there now. Fr Davide has not changed, he is still like the little boy of 6 he was. He will tolerate no nonsense and will always have at heart the defence of the Catholic Faith without which it is impossible to please God and make our eternal salvation. Amen”
