10 years ago, @Citi @UNDPasiapac launched an idea - Youth Co:Lab - that sparked a movement!
It set out to support young entrepreneurs problem-solve together. It then moved to embedding youth entrepreneurship into national policy and investment strategies.
From there, it leapt forward to extend ecosystems that expanded opportunities for young people to create and innovate, to grow skills, to link to jobs, financing and networks.
What impact? 400,000 young individuals supported across 30 countries; 48,000 entrepreneurs supported through start-ups; 4,000 youth-led enterprises launched. Shaping and scaling solutions from health innovation to inclusive technology.

On Youth Co:Lab Summit Day 2, youth-led initiatives from across Asia-Pacific pitched innovative and inclusive solutions that prove UNDP Youth Moonshot's vision in action. The region's next generation of change is already being built.
Each track closed with reflections from an expert panel: @Citi, UNDP Asia-Pacific, Aunkur, and @TencentGlobal Charity Foundation, followed by open dialogue with Summit participants.

Day 1 of the @YouthCoLab Summit opened with an interactive showcase of what ten years of collective action has produced in Asia-Pacific.
Youth entrepreneurs took the stage to share how they scaled their reach, deepened community impact, and earned recognition.
Support from @Citi Foundation and partners, including governments, institutions, policymakers, entrepreneurship support organizations, academia, and private sector is directly fuelling opportunities for young social entrepreneurs across the region.

On #WorldEnvironmentDay, youth leaders, climate practitioners, and civil society advocates gathered online for #NowForClimate, a dialogue on accelerating solutions for a cooler, greener, and more resilient future. 🌱🌏🤲
Key recommendations:
1️⃣ Expand green buildings & clean travel & establish regional justice hubs for equitable energy solutions.
2️⃣ Scale youth-led ecosystem restoration & include vulnerable groups.
3️⃣ Prioritize environment-friendly urban design & foster stewardship of nature.
The energy & ideas from today are what #NowForClimate looks like in action. 🌍
