We’ve reached the end of a chapter! 📕
After our wonderful in-person day and General Meeting on Saturday, we’re announcing the bittersweet news that as a network we’ve voted to close and go into hibernation…
We simply don’t have anyone able to take the lead currently, so we’ve decided to simply be ‘Young Christian Climate Friends’ until such a time as someone expresses an interest in picking things up again.
Is that you? Get in touch by emailing [email protected] to let us know!
Please keep YCCN in your thoughts today, as we have an important conversation about our future, as well as celebrating our successes of the last three years together 🌿

Over the last few days, I’ve been sitting and praying with Christians in Jerusalem.
Please hear the cry of our brothers and sisters in the Holy Land:
For the protection of innocent people and places of refuge.
For the de-escalation of violence.
For justice and peace.

BREAKING: Hundreds outside of Department of Energy Security of Net Zero in London against the government decision to approve the Rosebank oil field. One of 18 actions being organised today.
It's not over, the people will bring an end to new fossil fuels and Rosebank.
We are devastated that the UK Gov has approved Rosebank, the UK’s largest undeveloped oilfield.
Get involved, take action to fight this decision and protect our world. 💚

🚨Today’s Make Polluters Pay Action Day!
Rishi Sunak’s row back on UK climate targets this week was utterly reckless. We’re going show him it’s time to step up, it’s time to #MakePollutersPay
Stick around to see people across the world speak up and how to join in yourself.

In July 2021 I took part in the @YCCNetwork pilgrimage to COP26.
The relay flag, held here by climate campaigner, Rachel Mander, features on the Museum of Pilgrimage website.
