Sorry to learn of passing of Harold Mitchell. His dedication as patron @YAY_Org I saw firsthand - supporting & encouraging young people from culturally diverse backgrounds get paid internships & work. He lived the mantra ‘it takes a village’. 2023’s International Women’s Day theme is #EmbraceEquity. This means we need to shift away from equality and focus more on equity for those who have come from all kinds of different circumstances and accepting them for who they are.
YAY works toward the common goal where our world is diverse, equitable and inclusive. Together we can all #EmbraceEquity 💪
