A chart a day keeps the doctor away - the thesis behind the $XNET trade. Tracking XNET, DePIN, telecom and wireless infrastructure space.

SpaceX just bought nationwide low-band spectrum and the big three carriers dropped 5 to 7% after hours. Everyone's asking if AT&T and Verizon are in trouble. The better question is where they find the capacity to fight back, because the numbers are ugly 🧵 $XNET #DePIN

Growth! Lots of these APs haven’t even started offloading yet. Bullish on solana:xNETbUB7cRb3AAu2pNG2pUwQcJ2BHcktfvSB8x1Pq6L
Another batch of hardware is live on the network. 120 new devices joined between Oct 7 and Oct 9. Huge shout out to the deployers! Keep building.

As capitalized as starlink is, if it’s serious about owning the full stack then it’s gonna be a debt fueled decade

I'm curious where people land on this. If you ran a venue, would you take the tokens or wait two months for the dollars? 👇 I post charts and breakdowns on XNET, DePIN and wireless through the week.

It also changes who shows up. A regional ISP, or a company that already manages Wi-Fi for 200 hotels, doesn't need to understand crypto to say yes to this. They need a rate per GB and a payment date. And they're the ones with the venues. So think even faster growth!

Operators get an income they can plan a business around, and holders get steady buying as the network grows. That's what turns deploying into something you can do for ten years and not just one bull run.

It’s a win-win for operators and token holders. Operators who would otherwise have sold into high slippage take a 5% fee instead. Which goes into buying XNET off the market and burning it. So an operator who cashes out still supports the people who hold, and gets a better rate.

So XIP-13.1 gives large operators a choice. If you're carrying around a terabyte of data a day (~ $160 a day), you can take your share in dollars. You do have to wait for it. Carriers settle roughly two months after the traffic, same as they do with everyone else in telecom.

Until now, earning meant earning in XNET. Rewards land every two weeks and you ride the token up or down. That's fine if you believe in it and run a few hotspots. It's a lot harder if you have staff, leases and an accountant asking about next quarter.

Some context if you're new here. solana:xNETbUB7cRb3AAu2pNG2pUwQcJ2BHcktfvSB8x1Pq6L turns the Wi-Fi inside hotels, malls and stadiums into extra capacity for mobile carriers. Your phone joins on its own, the carrier pays for the data, and whoever runs that Wi-Fi earns from it.

I think the most underrated change at @XNET_Mobile this year has nothing to do with the token price. Big operators can now choose to get paid in dollars instead of XNET. It sounds like a small thing but I don't think it is 🧵 #DePIN

You can’t fight a battle against so many forces and win
BofA says SpaceX's Starlink Mobile is now a 3-way risk to $AAPL 1. It threatens the carrier subsidy model. ~53M iPhones a year go through the Big 3 carriers with ~$800 in promo credits each, and switchers lose that 2. A cheap Starlink phone could take share 3. A Tesla/SpaceX/Grok ecosystem could compete with Apple's BofA's math: if 10% of Big 3 postpaid subscribers move to SpaceX, Apple loses ~5M units, or ~$6B in revenue They call it manageable near-term and keep a Buy with a $370 price target, but see the bigger risk to Apple's multiple as the debate shifts to US iPhone pricing power Do we think Elon is going to launch a phone next?

Preach. Lots of small cap severely undervalued tokens out there who are starting to generate significant revenue and are aligned with distributing to tokenholders

Companies are lol. LLMs will be commoditized, frontiers are gonna need product led solutions rather than pure intelligence if the number 2 is open source and can be self hosted

We’ve been quiet while our team stayed heads down building. That changes now. Expect more deployment highlights and an upcoming series introducing the team helping build the network.

Free capacity, why spend money you don’t have to?
