Trump is the one who filed this lawsuit. Now he refuses to participate in discovery while his sons and daughter duck discovery subpoenas.

"BOMBSHELL NEW UPDATE: "THE INSIDE JOB: It just got worse for Elon Musk." CREDIBILITY: DESTROYED." On January 20, 2025, Trump signed an executive order giving Elon Musk's DOGE "full and prompt access" to every federal agency's systems. Unelected and never Senate-confirmed, Musk sent in young staffers. Edward Coristine, 19 — self-styled "Big Balls" on LinkedIn — was fired from a cybersecurity internship for leaking company data. Marko Elez, 25, received read-write access to the Treasury's payment system; the Treasury later admitted in court it was granted "inadvertently." He resigned after racist posts ("normalize Indian hate") surfaced; Musk rehired him, and Trump endorsed it. They accessed the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, which moves $6 trillion a year — 88% of all federal payments, including Social Security checks, Medicare, tax refunds, and veterans' benefits. Systems held names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, birthplaces, addresses, phones, emails, and bank details. A federal judge listed every item. Laws violated include the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. § 552a), barring disclosure of records without written consent; 26 U.S.C. § 6103, making unauthorized taxpayer data disclosure a felony (up to 5 years); 18 U.S.C. § 1030, criminalizing unauthorized access to government computers; and the Appointments Clause (Article II, Section 2), requiring Senate confirmation for such power. Musk was never confirmed. Connecticut's Attorney General called it "the largest data breach in U.S. history." Nineteen states sued. A federal judge called DOGE's operation "chaotic and haphazard" and ordered all copies destroyed. The Supreme Court allowed continued access to Social Security records 6-3, including medical and family court files. In January 2026, the DOJ admitted DOGE moved sensitive Social Security data to unauthorized Cloudflare servers; the agency cannot determine what was shared or if it remains. Whistleblower Charles Borges, SSA's chief data officer, was forced to resign: 300 million Americans' records exposed — "a generational problem" and "national security risk." Unchangeable data like mother's maiden name and birthplace means permanent exposure. The "fraud hunt" was cover; the GAO found solid evidence for only 4% of claimed savings. The same week DOGE began, Trump fired 17 inspectors general — five investigating Musk's companies. The Labor IG had 17 open Tesla and SpaceX cases; the Agriculture IG was escorted out while probing Neuralink monkey deaths. SpaceX defense contracts then tripled to $5.9 billion. Musk co-leads the Pentagon's weapons-buying study while holding $6.4 billion in Pentagon contracts. He gutted the CFPB — which polices digital payments — while building a payments business on X. Trump signed the order, gave Musk a White House office, endorsed the rehire, and his administration fought every lawsuit to the Supreme Court, securing the right to keep the data. Congress must investigate with subpoenas and hearings. Democrats must not let this die. An unelected billionaire's team obtained 300 million Americans' Social Security numbers, and the sitting president held the door open.

With two weeks until Election Day, we are at the intersection of Donald Trump's plan to make it harder for you to vote and easier for him to cheat. When Republicans lose the House and Senate Trump will escalate the attacks. But he will fail and we will win.

As early voting begins in many states, remember that trump's ICE goons are STILL assaulting U.S. citizens. Listen to Ricardo Gonzalez howl in pain as they bend his broken arm behind his back. Don't look away. Vote BLUE to hold these thugs accountable.

Trump's lawyers came to Judge Jesse Furman's court to defend an order he'd already ruled against once. They brought, in his words, "no effort even to argue" he'd been wrong. Ten Americans facing 20 years in prison sat and listened. dworkinsubstack.com/p/no-kin…

MAGA, can complain all they want about the price of fuel when Biden was in office, but it was certainly cheap enough for them to have caravans to support Trump. Who wants to bet there won't be ANY of them right now, because the price of fuel is through the roof? I'll wait.⌛

BREAKING: "Insane situation!" Kimberly Guilfoyle enters hysterical freefall — she's holed up in the Ambassador's house, screeching at staffers who no longer obey her with an eviction looming. And her problems are about to get way worse... "All these people who were totally entranced by her and ignored the writing on the wall have now wiped photos with her, gone radio silent and claim they never wanted anything to do with her," a source close to Guilfoyle told The Daily Mail. "It's pathetic," they added. Guilfoyle, who was fired as the Ambassador to Greece after it was revealed that she asked a MAGA donor to pay off $100,000 of her American Express debt in exchange for access to top Trump administration officials, has been given until the end of October to vacate the cushy Jefferson House, the ambassadorial residence in Athens. It's a fittingly ignominious end to the diplomatic career of a woman whose sole qualification for the post is that she was once engaged to Donald Trump Jr. and sufficiently flattered his father. "The people in the embassy are no longer afraid of her. Nobody is listening to her or taking her orders anymore," one source in Greece revealed. "She is all alone in that house, screaming at her old staff that they are leakers, and waiting to get kicked out. It's an insane situation." Several sources informed The Daily Mail that the disgraced Guilfoyle may ultimately decide to remain in Europe rather than return to the U.S. Presumably, she's worried that she'll be prosecuted for her alleged crimes since Democrats — including Rep. Robert Garcia, the ranking member of his party on the House Oversight Committee — have already announced their intentions to investigate her. "This is the latest in a long list of corruption surrounding the Trump Administration, and we're demanding answers," said Garcia. As for President Trump, he has already washed his hands of Guilfoyle, tossing her under the bus like he has with so many other former allies and subordinates. When asked about her, he said: "She, I guess, dated my son a long time ago." If this woman does indeed decide to remain in Europe, Democrats need to proceed with the investigations regardless. If and when a criminal case is assembled, she should be extradited to stand trial! Please ❤️ and share if you support prosecuting Guilfoyle!

Meet MAGAt and registered Republican Ryan McElrath, a former high school youth pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson, Tennessee, who used his position of leadership and spiritual authority to engage in an illegal sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female youth group member. He faced immediate termination and arrest after thousands of explicit text messages detailing the illicit interactions across multiple counties were uncovered by the victim's father and turned over to law enforcement. The specific breakdown of the allegations and criminal charges began on June 11, 2024, when the Jackson Police Department took McElrath into custody following his admission of guilt regarding multiple sexual acts committed against the minor. Because the exploitation involved digital coercion via text messaging, federal authorities stepped in on June 20, 2024, to charge him with the coercion and enticement of a minor using interstate commerce, leading to him being ordered held without bail. In December 2024, grand juries across three distinct Tennessee counties indicted him on multiple state felony counts, including statutory rape by an authority figure and sexual battery by an authority figure, explicitly detailing crimes committed in Madison, Gibson, and Henderson counties. The legal proceedings concluded in 2025 with severe criminal penalties spanning both federal and state court systems. In February 2025, McElrath pled guilty to the federal charges, resulting in a June 6, 2025, sentencing of 21 years (252 months) in federal custody alongside a mandatory lifetime requirement on the national sex offender registry. His state-level prosecutions culminated on September 29, 2025, when a Madison County Circuit Court judge sentenced him to an effective total of 24 years in state prison to be served at 100 percent, following guilty pleas to the multi-county indictments for abusing his position of trust.
