Apparently, some of the #Arizona #Democrats are so hostile and radical that members of their own party have complained.
I spoke with Rep. Lydia Hernandez for about an hour yesterday, and found her to be a gracious and courageous woman concerned as many of us are about the rise of radical socialists in the Democrat party.
I applaud your courage, Lydia, and stand with you for civility and the ability to dissent without being threatened into conformity.

No one should face bullying for challenging their own party.
Lydia Hernandez, an Arizona House Democrat, says fellow Latino Democrats bullied her—prompting her to file a formal complaint. Among those she accused is my opponent, Andrés Cano.
Her account deserves to be heard, and Cano deserves direct questions about these allegations. Holding public office means answering to the people—including those who disagree with you.

They went to the back door, peaked through the windows and he HAS IT ON VIDEO.
"Police had to escort my fiancée in and out of the house."
Q: Do you feel like Reddington put a target on your back?

Q: You had media at your home? Did they go through your mail?

Tampering with someone's mail is a federal crime.
Jurors are supposed to be able to vote their conscience without being hunted down afterward!

This is not even real… Jack Smith's team and the Biden Justice Department sat on spreadsheets covering more than 639,000 Republican donors, supporters and voters, and buried in there were the people who bought red MAGA hats, what they bought, and the shipping address where that hat got delivered to their front door. Somebody please explain to me how a hat order has anything to do with a criminal case against a president.
Names, dates of birth, home addresses, emails, whether you are a registered Republican, your congressional district, your job and where you work… the sample occupations in Senator Grassley's memo are retired, pool tech, driver, logger, janitor, doorman. Credit card information down to the last four digits, donations as low as one dollar, over 148,000 rows of mostly small dollar donors, data going all the way back to 2005, and according to Grassley it was shared with FBI agents. These are not cartel bosses or foreign spies, these are your neighbors who sent twenty bucks and bought a coffee mug and a door mat because they love their country.
Let me put it to you like this. If a Republican administration built a spreadsheet of everyone who bought a Kamala hoodie, with their birth date and home address, and handed it to federal agents, the media would run it wall to wall for six months and call it the end of democracy. When team evil does it, it gets called an investigation and you are supposed to say thank you. How is this even a thing in America? Who approved it, who signed off on it, and which agents had their hands on your home address?
Grassley called it incredibly invasive and said it shows Smith and his partisan team aimed to map out the entire Republican Party apparatus. He is being polite. Jack Smith is a hit man with a political agenda and the ability to force you into a corrupt court. He should be arrested, charged, imprisoned, denied bail, and sent to prison until executed. I think that about sums it up.
Let me be abundantly clear. We the People should not be willing to submit ourselves to the scrutiny of federal courts as long as free passes are handed out to a ruling and elite class. Either there is equal treatment under the law or there is no law.

I’m getting multiple reports from parents across the nation that the weaponization against them continues, despite the actions of this administration.
We urgently need the DOJ to act on the report, step in and undo the damage done to us by the agency under Garland, and also take steps to stop the weaponization that continues in many areas.
I and the other #TargetedParents are more focused on restoration than retribution; I can see how "an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind," and we have to stop the pendular swings of political lawfare somehow. However, regarding prosecution, I also defer to the wisdom of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who wrote:

The IRS sent armed agents into a family bakery and drained $68,382 from its bank account.
Their “crime”? Depositing their OWN CASH in amounts under $10,000.
Then the government demanded ANOTHER $160,000 and a guilty plea to a FELONY.
The IRS called it “structuring”: deliberately keeping deposits small to dodge bank reporting rules.
DAVID VOCATURA: “I said to them, ‘Maybe I should get a lawyer.’ And they said, ‘You don’t need one, step in the back.’”
“Until the day they came in, I had no idea what structuring was.”
“I’m a law-abiding citizen. I can’t remember the last time I got a speeding ticket.”
Nearly three years after seizing the money, a prosecutor came back with a deal that carried up to FOUR YEARS IN PRISON:
DAVID VOCATURA: “They wanted us to pay another additional $160,000 in fines and plead to a felony charge of structuring.”
They refused.
You bake bread for three generations.
You pay your taxes.
You put your own money in the bank.
And the IRS treats you like a criminal, demanding nearly a quarter million dollars.
CONTEXT: Fortunately, the IRS didn’t get away with this one. Hours after the Institute for Justice sued, the IRS agreed to return all $68,382.22. Two weeks later, it withdrew a grand jury subpoena demanding eight years of the bakery’s business records. Crazy that they tried to ruin a business over depositing money into their own bank account.
