It is a new year. I want to introduce myself.
My name is Vincent Ng alias Tech Boba Chats Dude!
I am a Women in Tech ally and help women break into tech.
What I have been doing?
🧋 Posting content on Twitter for 5+ months.
While Charlotte is learning to read and pronounce different sight words, I use @Canva to customize and create worksheets for her to study with.
As a parent, we can teach STEAM related words such as #agile that we use in our daily conversation

I had a great time attending @WomenImpactTech @ Pier 27 last week.
Highlights:
☕ I survived the storm. I thought a flying tree would fall on my car while commuting to the conference.
☕ I met many talented and incredible women in tech and allies at the conference.
I lost my voice after the first day.
☕ I had a booth to provide #techbobachats career coaching with my friend, J9.
Thank @donafanara for this opportunity.
I look forward to meeting everyone again next year with better weather!

I read this article about ERG leaders providing phenomenal advice to foster inclusion and diversity in their workplace.
It is a great read and shares excellent examples that you can include in your workplace.
These leaders resonated with me. We can always collaborate and share ideas with other ERGs within your organization.
After attending @WomenImpactTech conference this week, I am connected to other companies ERGs. We can share ideas and good practices to foster #dei at work.
I would recommend following these leaders mentioned in the article. As a WiT ally, I cannot wait to share my creative ideas to educate #diversity and #inclusion to teenagers and college students.
