ICYMI: Expect daytime single-lane closures on the lift bridge that carries US 10 over the St. Croix River from Prescott to Point Douglas Park in MN today through Thursday. Overnight closure of the bridge – 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. – is planned for tonight and possibly Tuesday night.
