Hi! We're Winterstellar Studios, an indie animation studio that uses Blender for our stylized 3D anime projects. If you like flashy lens flares and fast cars, or saw our short film "Samurai Blue: Afterimage" last year, give us a follow!

Here's how I animated this skating sequence!
#SolarisSupercupSeries
1) Animate a cube in 3D space to figure out where the camera will be!
2) Parent rig to cube and do rough poses with 2D drawings on top!
3) MORE KEYFRAMES
4) Add grease pencil FX!
How did we animate the ice skating in "Frozen Rivalry"?
We teamed up with @IcePerspectives, choreographers @Ben_Agosto & @khill_co, and skaters Emma Foster & @gabby_daleman to bring Camellya's skating program to life!
