I feel like the grip on Value for the Consumer and honest to god field testing has been lost. The right thing to do is boost M365 with value propositions your competition can’t match. You’re Microsoft. Use your endless budget wisely instead of adding ads to every other OS surface

Why would execs be bothered by people who do official community outreach looking like dipshits every now and then if that broadly hated change nets them like 2 new M365 customers, am I right? God big corpo culture is such a joke. I desperately want Windows to do better.

Why do I cry everytime but also never get used to the daily cycle of, them being ahead on something investing lots then abandonning it at the wrong moment and then it becomes mainstream and it's too late 😭
