Delighted to speak to Nick from @WindScienceFest today - so honoured to be at the very first science festival in one of my most favourite places this weekend! This Saturday @Science_Grrl will be busting some brain myths, and I'll be opening the festival with a keynote at 10.30am.

Todays #CollectionsObjectOfTheWeek is Merlin!
Built in 1908 by Shepherd’s of Bowness & designed by Percy Crossley, a naval architect who created the Windermere 17 class, they earn their name by measuring 17ft at the waterline.
You can see Merlin today floating in the Wet Dock!
