Too early. After promising roadmaps and not being able to deliver, don't want to make a commitment before it's good and ready. Don't want to undermine the trust that needs to be rebuilt. We are committed to giving comms updates - their form has yet to be defined just yet.

as of now, august 18th will be my last day as 'datto does destiny'. i plan on retiring from the game and content creation for the game. deadlock will be my new home going into the future (along with variety). i'll have more to say when we get closer to the 18th.

How I currently feel reading all this lore setting up The Winnower, Sjur Eido, and Xivu Arath knowing this is the final update.

Y'know the pieces they want you to knock down are already set? Ending... with me. A showdown at the end of time, between champions of Dark and Light. That's why they courted you, impressed their own importance upon you — they need your violence because I exist.

It's a color that's a mix of blue and red, but that's not important right now.

Destiny was a special game, man. Flawed and messy, but beautiful too. So many memories. I'm glad it'll remain playable so I can compulsively spend the occasional afternoon with my Thunderlord. per audacia ad astra❤️
