The more I think about Resident Evil the more I love what a Cregger did here, man. It’s deceptively clever in its premise and delightfully Evil Dead in parts of its execution. And yes, I loved the ending.

🚨***SPOILERS***🚨 It’s not obvious until the end and I think people think the movie is just “what it’s like to play the game” and it *is*, but what I love is that it’s not the story of a new hero, it’s the story of how a Resident Evil boss fight is born. I love that.

I’ve seen this a lot. The problem is that features are on by default. Halo CE Remake was rightfully laughed at for putting markers over invisible Elites. These things should not be default features to be DISabled, they should be optional accessibility features to be ENabled.
