At least provide the full quote, also do you now see any similarities between Joseph’s boasting and Paul’s boasting in 2 Corinth 11? Joseph is not boasting that he is better than Christ or replaces Christ as our Savior, he is laying his life as a testimony of Christ actually

Huh weird the Book of Mormon actually teaches the exact opposite of what you claim…

Duet 13 says if he does signs and wonders and they come to pass, and he says to go after a God other than Yahweh then you should not listen to him.
I believe Joseph did do signs and wonders and also tells people to follow Yahweh the God of the Bible.

Christ already gave us the exact test He prescribed for discerning true prophets of God from false ones, I recommend His test

Or you know, multiple times Christ also used silence instead of answering… but hey cherry pick away to try and judge others all you want

I think you’re missing the point Paul is actually making, and it puts it in direct tension against what Jesus taught.
Does one actually have faith in Christ if they do not do what He has commanded of them?
Paul teaches that works cannot save, not that works are not neccassary

Where is the original that Joseph translated the book of Abraham from so we can verify your claim?
Your claim is based on acedemics, maybe we should listen to those with PhDs in Egyptology and have studied it extensively with current data and findings?

Ummm you forgot about all the times the Bible actually says otherwise…

Wow, you really don’t want to hear it.
When you take things out of context and twist them to fit this narrative you have created about us, it isn’t hard to debunk. Read the entire definition of Grace in our Bible dictionary. Stop cherry picking and twisting.

You like to jump around to try and prove something you claim we believe that we don’t.
Here’s the full quote. The prophet here is teaching true principles all found in the Bible. You have to choose to have faith in Christ, you have to choose Him, choose to trust and follow Him

That’s your inference I guess, it doesn’t say that in the Bible though. The Bible records them going to worship daily in the temple
Replying to @ZoJubal @TheGermanicist
Even 40+ days later, after adding a new apostle to replace Judas, the disciples of Jesus Christ we’re going to the temple daily
Replying to @ZoJubal @TheGermanicist
According to Luke the apostles spent time in the temple daily after the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ, and were instructed to do so until He clothed them with power from on high
