Don Artes. "Kasi nung weekend, nag-manifest na siya ng intention to file a two-week leave, which sabi ko sa kaniya, okay sa akin 'yan. Kahapon, ang gusto na niya is mag-retire. 'Yun po ang ginamit niyang term, 'retire,'" saad ni Artes. "Sabi ko naman po sa kaniya, pag-isipan mo 'yan dahil I don't think 'yung nagawa naman po niyang serbisyo sa ating bayan should be defined by this single incident. Alam naman niya at admitted niya na nagkamali siya sa pagkakataon na ito," dagdag niya. Naka-leave si Torre simula ngayong Martes, Sept. 8, matapos ang kanyang ilang paglabag kabilang ang pagdaan sa EDSA Busway.
