Overlooked fact: every significant relationship in your life began with one moment of someone being slightly braver than the situation required. One person said the thing. Asked the question. Made the first move. Relationships don't start with mutual courage. They start with one person's excess courage.

It’s about where you are located and the people you’re around. I went to a uni where people didn’t date much & my friend group didn’t lend itself to meeting others. I transferred to a new uni and dates were falling into my lap from the growing network of friends I made

I applied for a job saw 100 other ppl applied. Did a phone screening, was told they narrowed it down to 10. Went to interview was told they narrowed it down to 5. Saw others interviewing when I left. They ending up hiring no one & reposting the job, it only ever paid $18/hour….

Just curious, how do you know they are actually in Africa or India when they claim to be in the U.S.?

Yes, we do exactly that. Does that have something to do with it?

Intresting, I work in a medical clinic and 97.9 is easily the most common temp. I thought for years our thermometers weren’t calibrated expecting 98.6 to be more common. 97.9 is a running joke in the office for how common it is

The 2 other people were a middle aged white woman and a Hispanic man.

Just interviewed for a job, the hiring manager was a middle aged Hispanic woman. I’m a white guy out of college. I didn’t get the job, it’s fine you can’t win them all. I check the company directory, showing photos of the staff. 38 out of 40 were middle aged Hispanic women.

My friend had this wrestling/fighting game on ps2. It wasn’t like wwe but closer to street fighter where you could be nonhuman or have wild outfits. (Def wasn’t street fighter) I remember one character was like a golden pyramid when he powered up. Could never find it.

Not a local thing I’ve seen multiple Walmart with this exact sign. A lot of corporate people are out of touch bozos. Much more likely some at corporate was lazy likes using Ai and thought this was acceptable.
