Prospect Orchard is in a dreich & dampy cloud today, so what better than a bit of #cidertasting ? Just had a lovely lunch and a chance to taste the wonderful deepy mysteries of our soon to be released " Borders Bittersweet 2020. Tasting notes and release date to be published soon
Really excited about our small batch pet nat bottlings over the next 6 weeks or so. We don't tend to crack our barrels until the last minute on a biosecurity basis, so it'll be a voyage of discovery, too!
