It just defies belief that in January, Greenwich Council extended a contract costing hundreds of thousands of £££ to spray our streets with glyphosate. Priorities are skewed.@Royal_Greenwich @PAN_UK @GGCN2023 @GreenGreenwich #GreenerGreenwich ??
Major public realm works across Greenwich borough are very high maintenance.
And what's this? Consultation to start on cuts to street cleaning budget.
Some recent public realm upgrades already a mess and/or seeing tarmac shoved down to avoid upkeep

Thanks PAN - this is a brilliant writeup and is the article I was looking for this morning to reference here. It shows there is a lot more to it than just flicking a switch overnight. This section is quite relevant with regard to their feelings about Foamstream, Dom.
