My most important out-take from Lake Urmia and Great Salt Lake work -- Iranians and Utahns both love ❤🧡our great salt lakes and want them healthy.

Recap 1: ICS was an innovative + successful program. ICS addressed disincentives to conserve water under use-it-or-lose it. It saved 3 maf. Today, ICS may encourage more Lake Mead draw down as contractors try to recover conserved water before the program prohibits recovery.
