Wild Rose

What a nasty vindictive company @HelloFreshUK is, D So I had boxes ordered for the next five weeks - delivery on Sundays I had placed the orders with food chosen by me, The box for this week consisted of 3 orders Box Classic Plan £42.99 Premium Recipe ££23.90 Add on £3.75 Upon checking today what meals are coming so I could go shopping for extras needed but not included, e.g., Eggs, mayonnaise, etc., I saw that the order had been converted to 5 items chosen by them, and so have the orders for the next four weeks. They accused me of making the changes. I explained to them I had not made the changes, I pointed them to look at the commonsense, that if I had changed the orders, why would they still be charging me the £23.90 from the premium recipe if I had cancelled it. The customer care staff, could not have cared less about it, refusing to listen, and considering it compensation to refund me my own money for items I am not going to receive, that is NOT compensation. The company has gone downhill in the past few weeks, #Hellofresh
