So rewarding to see @POTUS supporting the call for greater pay equity in sport.
Women in sports continue to push new boundaries and inspire us all. But right now we're seeing that even if you're the best, women are not paid their fair share. It’s time that we give our daughters the same opportunities as our sons and ensure women are paid what they deserve.

Nature is the Circular Economy. We borrow resources from #Nature for the products & services we require - there is nowhere else to get them. But once we are done with them, these products & materials must be returnable to Nature as healthy nutrients for the circle to continue.

We need to start this conversation in sailing #sailequal #payequal
⛔ Globally, #WomenInSport struggle with a massive pay gap, fewer opportunities & sponsorships, less airtime, and unequal playing conditions. And when they succeed, women often face toxic abuse online and offline. 📣We need the ambition and commitment to address these issues!

The Project Juno report called for more research and for performance leaders and coaches to become more literate with the challenges and opportunities which are unique to the physiology and needs of females. This ⬇️is a case in point
We need to understand women's bodies ⚠️ 82% female football players have reported discomfort in their boots, according to research by the European Clubs Association. If most male footballers were having issues with their shoes, something would have been done by now. 😡
