Openai now admits the bug, the fix, 12k in credits. What about the people that had 100% usage wasted + more than 12k credits wasted? That's like catching you on fire and giving you a hose afterwards as a "redemption"
Banked reset + the amount of credits the user lost (if too hard to find) then just more credits in general. You know you gave pro users credits because of the usage change, was this bug a way to wipe those users credits out? Sketch.
Crazy how so many people are reporting blatant abnormal usage drain on Codex pro/500$ plan and all we get is a few employees asking for IDs in the comments. I emailed mine. Pretty sure everyone at this point has done /feedback. Is it that you dont know the cause? There should have been a official announcement about this so you dont keep pissing off your userbase.@thsottiaux @OpenAIDevs
Are the codex usage rates back to normal? I want to use a reset but not if the rates are not fixed yet.
