Rory Gates, son of Bill Gates (Microsoft), has contributed $100K to the CI-132 effort in Montana. This should be enough to convince people to vote NO on CI-132. November 03, 8 pm, is the voting deadline.

🚨 Stop the CI-132 Power Grab. They’re calling it "nonpartisan." They’re lying. CI-132 is being funded by millions of dollars in dark money from national activists who hate Montana’s way of life. Who is paying to rewrite our Constitution? ❌ The NEA (Who want to ban your guns) ❌ The ACLU (Who sue our laws in court) ❌ The Fairness Project (Who push government mandates) The Scam: They want to lock the current judicial rules into the Constitution so our elected Legislature can never change them. The Hypocrisy: They claim to be "nonpartisan," but they are using massive sums of partisan, out-of-state cash to buy this amendment. They aren't stopping the money; they're protecting the "label" so they can keep operating in the shadows. Why is a national gun-control group so obsessed with how we elect our judges? Because they want a judiciary that serves their agenda, not Montana’s. Don't let outsiders lock the door on our Legislature. Vote NO on CI-132.

I’m voting No on all the initiatives CI- 132 and CI-133 and no on initiative no. 194 . By voting yes this gives Congress and the democrats especially the power to change our Constitution and to make changes to laws as they see it, setting referendums. They don’t tell you this. But it’s a hidden agenda and they worded these initiatives to sound great to you .

Focus Montana 1/3 Mayor of Missoula email thread about H1B: Dear Mayor Davis, I am writing about 11 certified H-1B Labor Condition Applications, covering 11 positions, that list worksites in Missoula, MT. I am asking you to look into them and to press the employers for answers on wages and U.S. worker recruitment. The filings come from 5 employers, led by University of Montana (7), ECOGEEK LLC (1), Stevens & Lee, P.C. (1), WGM Group, Inc. (1), Heli-1 Corporation (1). The smallest margins over the listed prevailing wage are: - LCA I-200-25318-409142: University of Montana, Assistant Professor of Quantitative Ecology in Missoula, offered $50,570/year vs prevailing $50,570/year (at the benchmark) - LCA I-200-26029-602438: University of Montana, Administrative Research Specialist in Missoula, offered $49,608/year vs prevailing $49,608/year (at the benchmark) - LCA I-200-26063-680337: University of Montana, Assistant Professor of Social Psychology in Missoula, offered $53,090/year vs prevailing $53,090/year (at the benchmark) Please ask each employer: - Were these jobs advertised to U.S. workers at the same pay? - Why did it pursue H-1B staffing, and were comparable U.S. employees laid off or replaced? - Is another company involved in employing or supervising these workers? - Which executive is responsible for each staffing decision? The full case list, with employer, title, positions, worksite, offered and prevailing wages, is attached as a CSV. The case numbers come from certified LCA filings posted publicly by @TruthNetwork24 from Department of Labor data. I would appreciate a reply describing any steps your office takes. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Cheryl Anne

MONTANA: I-194 is a trap. Don't fall for the "big money" bait. I-194 isn't about stopping corporate donations; Montana law already handles that. It’s about kneecapping grassroots orgs while leaving out-of-state giants and wealthy individuals totally untouched. They want to strip your corporate protections while you watch out-of-state entities operate with total immunity. It’s just another tool for the regime to silence dissent. Read more here 👇👇
I-194 will NOT do what proponents have suggested in our comments over the last 48 hours 1. It does not simply prohibit corporations from donating directly to candidates. Montana law already does that without I-194. Instead, it would prohibit covered “artificial persons,” which include not just corporations but incorporated churches, charities, and small nonprofits, from spending their own money on election-related materials like posters, pamphlets, signs, or other forms of advocacy supporting or opposing candidates, political parties, and ballot initiatives, subject to certain exemptions. 2. It will not eliminate big money in politics or guarantee an equal playing field for all individuals. Our critics have said they are okay with prohibiting “artificial persons” from spending money because it doesn’t restrict the rights of individuals who can still create their own signs. The problem here, of course, is that many individuals on their own cannot afford to print materials in bulk. This law would restrict existing local grassroots organizations covered by the initiative from using their pooled funds directly to get their voices heard. Wealthy individuals, meanwhile, could still afford those materials on their own, and political committees could continue pooling and spending money on political advocacy, subject to existing campaign-finance laws. 3. It does not necessarily impose the same consequences on all organizations. Most importantly, this initiative will not prevent out-of-state individuals and lawful political committees from spending money to influence Montana elections. While its text applies to both Montana-based and qualifying out-of-state organizations, the initiative expressly limits forfeiture to charter privileges, including limited liability, conferred by Montana law. In short, Montana cannot revoke the charter protections and limited liability an out-of-state corporation receives from its home state. Out-of-state corporations would still be subject to the initiative’s spending restrictions and other enforcement provisions. The attorney general could pursue court orders to stop prohibited spending or recover money already spent. However, an out-of-state corporation without Montana-conferred charter privileges would have no such privileges to forfeit, and its home-state corporate protections would remain intact. A Montana-chartered organization, meanwhile, could lose its limited liability and other fundamental corporate protections, in addition to facing those same enforcement proceedings. In other words, a small Montana nonprofit could put its very corporate existence and legal protections at risk by spending money on a ballot initiative, while a wealthy out-of-state corporation would retain the protections granted by its home state, even if it violated the same law. It also exempts certain organizations, including Montana government entities, and expressly preserves the lawful activities of political committees. The result? I-194 risks kneecapping existing local grassroots organizations in Montana while leaving wealthy individuals free to spend their own money and out-of-state organizations with legal protections Montana cannot revoke.

Governor Greg Gianforte calls Montana a “beachhead” for Indian companies establishing a North American foothold. Now look at CIGNA-EVERNORTH SERVICES INC. Evernorth reported $57.8 billion in revenue in one quarter. Yet the Billings worksite in certified LCA case I-200-26075-704612 is a residential apartment. Actual job title: SOFTWARE ENGINEERING SENIOR ADVISOR. Filed occupational classification: SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS. Prevailing wage: $130,562. Cigna’s own ads list Senior Advisor roles at $166,754–$217,000. By using a "Developer" classification, they are deliberately undercutting the market and normalizing lower wages for senior-level talent. The pipeline starts in Hyderabad. Evernorth runs an innovation hub there to “access top talent,” then uses Gianforte’s "beachhead" pitch to move that labor into Montana under suppressed wage scales. Montana workers were promised economic development. Where do they fit in this arrangement? Right now, they don't. Under Greg, Montana becomes India.
