The Urban+Farms development on Huffine is being developed by Outlaw Real Estate Partners (OREP). The brokers who sell the lots are from the same group, Outlaw Realty. A master planned community in Bozeman pushes out local real estate agents and local builders.
OREP is based in Big Sky and is using Bozeman as their get rich quick scheme and suppressing local businesses.
Their focus is wellness and sustainability? They even had to build their own fire station to get the community off the ground.
Connection means high density housing mixed with businesses that will struggle to get off the ground.
It’s the final nail in the Bozeman coffin.
