Pakistan faces a significant child nutrition challenge, with 4 in 10 children experiencing stunted growth and 60% of households unable to afford nutritious food. Through the Benazir Nashonuma Programme, BISP, in partnership with WFP, WHO, UNICEF, and provincial health departments, is addressing malnutrition by integrating healthcare, social and behavior change, and social protection. At Nashonuma Facilitation Centres, mothers and children can access essential services free of cost, helping build a healthier future for Pakistan’s children.
