Proud to be apart of the Allium University Program!
I’m excited to announce our $40M Series B, led by @AmplifyPartners with @kleinerperkins, and @Theoryvc.
After knowing each other for 10 years and meeting in our freshman year in college, Cheng Han and I came together in 2021 to solve the massive problem with blockchains - the data was fragmented across hundreds of chains and unusable at scale.
Today, we manage 30+ petabytes of blockchain data that serves as the onchain system of record for institutions like Visa, BCG, and major banks and asset managers.
A lot has changed since our Series A two years ago:
→ Revenue grew 10x
→ 150+ enterprise customers
→ Visa and BCG built their stablecoin dashboards on Allium
→ Data cited by research institutions from the Fed to Stanford
Since we founded Allium 5 years ago, blockchain went from retail speculation to institutional infrastructure for 24/7 settlement, programmable payments, and tokenized assets that trade like equities. Allium went from 3 people in a room to the data layer leading institutions trust to operate onchain.
Thank you to our customers, investors, and especially the Allium team for helping us reach this milestone. It's been an incredible journey so far, and we're excited to continue building the system of record for onchain finance.

From verifiable gaming → trustless prediction markets → privacy-preserving finance.
Here's what they showed us:
2/ Their product @ZKVProtocol is modular infrastructure built around one idea: "verify once, settle everywhere."
Proof verification costs: $50 → $5 → fraction of a penny.
Native support for SNARKs & STARKs across all chains.
Use cases live today: provably fair gaming, AI inference verification, on-chain prediction markets, and ZK-TLS for private financial credentials.
ZK proofs make trust programmable while preserving privacy.

2/ BlackRock's digital assets strategy runs on 3 pillars:
- Cryptoassets: IBIT & ETHA bring Bitcoin/ETH exposure to traditional investors who want the return without the complexity
- Tokenization: BUIDL lets crypto-native firms earn Treasury rates while keeping capital on blockchain rails
- Stablecoins: reserve management and liquidity for digital cash
3/ Career advice from someone doing it at the highest level:
"Be a specialist within a generalist role. 90% of the work is broad, but become the go-to person for one specific question, and you become irreplaceable."

1/ We brought in @James__Friel , Head of GTM at Plume Network, to talk RWA tokenization with Dartmouth Blockchain this week.
His path: Trinity → Bloomberg (6 yrs) → Tuck MBA → first commercial hire at Axelar → now leading GTM at one of the hottest RWA L1s in crypto.
Here's what we learned about taking institutions on-chain
The RWA playbook is not what you think. James broke it down:
- Retail cares about APY. Institutions need specific allocation strategies and full transparency.
- Warm intros through investors and founders are everything > cold intros.
- Target funds that are already tokenized with high AUM, not ones struggling off-chain.
James's advice for breaking into crypto GTM:
- Technical knowledge is a major edge. Even non-engineers must live in the docs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills cannot be overstated especially when interfacing with institutional partners
- Prep obsessively. Work ethic and learning speed are what get you hired.
