It’s with very mixed emotions I’m hanging up my lab coat, closing the lab doors and starting a new chapter in my career working for the federal government.

ALT Image of a bead sprouting assay of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) exhibiting irregular blood vessel formation in an in vitro model of sprouting angiogenesis. The c-Src mutant models dysregulated angiogenesis, which is characterised by a ballooning phenotype.
It was really hard to push this over the line after I had started a new career, so a huge thanks to @TEssebier and Lilian Schimmel, who really took the helm and did an amazing job. I’m so proud of both of them.
