Newcastle featured as one of the locations for this year's run of Long Service Recognition Events for colleagues & their partners hitting milestones anniversaries with the Group.
We enjoyed a three course lunch and a riveting matinee theatre performance.
Well done to all!
Today’s colleague recognition event was in Birmingham, celebrating those individuals hitting milestone anniversaries with the Group. We were also joined by five Masters Award winners for a lunch and matinee performance of Mrs Doubtfire at @brumhippodrome

We once again gathered our top 50 salespeople for our Elite Sales Guild Summer Gala. Hosted by our senior team, part one was go karting! The competition was fierce but a great time was had by all!
A highlight of the Head Office calendar, our Summer Social brought colleagues together for food, drinks, games & laughter. We also welcomed Sales Executives with some of our latest vehicle models to strengthen connections between our dealership & Contact Centre teams.
We've brought both our Senior Leadership Development Programme members & top ten GM's of the Year to the Lake District. A great networking opportunity but also a week of personal achievement with everyone conquering the hike successfully & enjoying the phenomenal views.
This week sees the return of our annual walk and talk in the Lake District, an amazing place to host some of the top achievers in the Group. Sharing ideas over dinner and taking in the phenomenal views of the lakes by day.
A fantastic day at @greatyorkshow for some of our local colleagues celebrating anniversaries and Masters Award wins for 2026. A privilege to be able to celebrate together.
It’s Managers Induction this week, an excellent opportunity for Senior Directors or offer a in person welcome to newly promoted colleagues from across the Group. Today the Vertu Technology team were bringing the fun as well as getting the group fully setup on the system.
Interviews with new Managing Directors Leon Caruso and Ant Masterson covering Prospecting & Events were on the agenda today; as well as an electric presentation on automation innovations from Strategic Project Director Chris Penny.

All set for day six of our conference run! Bringing people together to network, exchange ideas and share key updates is what it’s all about. #conference #teamwork
It’s been an excellent addition having Ben Automotive Industry Charity join us for our management conferences, sharing essential messaging and ensuring support is visible, accessible and available to those who need it.
A superb day of guest presentations at our GM conference: CEO of Ben motor charity for an update on their amazing services, there was the thought provoking ‘Psychology of a Cyber Attack’ and we welcomed British Marine Commanding Officer Scotty Mills who captivated the room!

A huge well done to ten members of the Vertu #Training Team after they came together to complete a special charity challenge in aid of the automotive charity Ben.
The ten set out to complete 563 miles during the month of April - equivalent to the distance from Vertu dealerships in Dunfermline and Truro - but managed more than 600, and raised £1,000.

We’ve gathered all General Managers together to meet earlier in the year than normal. Kicking off the activities last night with a dinner and quiz, which got rather competitive!
The conference action continues as we roll right into hosting our annual Northern Sales and Aftersales Manager Conferences. We’ve welcomed 250 excellent leaders through the doors this week.
Today we had the pleasure of welcoming 120 of our business partners for our bi-annual Supplier Conference. An excellent opportunity to network, update and recognise the value in these relationships. @WTWcorporate took the crown of Supplier of the Year this time.
Even better than delivering a positive update on the Groups financial performance is being able to reward and recognise those colleagues who have gone above and beyond in their roles.
