My mom had T2 Diabetes, high BP & was on 4 💊
They’re over 65. I changed their diet last year. My mom came off all meds within weeks. My dad was down to 2 low dose BP 💊 within months. The goal is zero.

This is what I want from scientists - to be bold enough to listen to all sides of the argument - to demand access of all information so they can make decisions and be allowed to voice them. Trust the science doesn’t work when scientists thinking differently are silenced.
I feel really strongly that where there is a risk, there has to be free choice in vaccine mandates.

This photo haunts me, and should haunt everyone - British, Iranian and American - involved in the failure to find a way to negotiate the release of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe. All those that will not compromise - for whatever reason of state - should look into those eyes.
I paid Richard Ratcliffe a visit last night and he kindly let me take this #photo of him. The husband of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe has gone on hunger strike outside the @FCDOGovUK to persuade @trussliz to do more to bring his wife back from her detention in Iran.
