At the @ValueOfBitcoin conference I defined `local` and `global` hyperbitcoinization. And `hyperbitcoinization` being the state that the majority (>80%) of prices in a given area are denominated in #Bitcoin and individuals doing their economic calculation (profit/loss) in BTC.

Bitcoin has been secure against double-spends and other attacks for the last ten years. That may not be enough to infer it will be secure into the far future. The declining block subsidy could change that equation and raises some uncomfortable questions.
