"One gets the impression that serial acquirers in life sciences generally pay what they must at any given time to fill product gaps. If targets can be purchased at 12x EBITDA, great. If at 40x EBITDA, great! And it’s made me think that an investor in this space can either worry about reinvestment risk or hope for a takeout."
