The energy price cap rising at the same time as the withdrawal of winter fuel payments for most, is deeply concerning especially for those on lower incomes.
I will be pushing for more support for those who need it this winter.

It was great to talk to local people about becoming a welcoming place for asylum seekers in Rushmoor. With @RacismStandup @FarnhamXr and local Quakers we spoke about standing up to #racism in our community. #RefugeesWelcome #standuptoracism
We were pleased to see this statement from the council. Having the facts available is so important. We stand against racist and islamophobic violence.

If we do not step up together we will not have a liveable future, however terrifying that is to realise 💚

#temperaterainforest is part of the UK’s heritage. It is where our rebels hid, our heroes fought and our druids healed. To walk into these native woodlands is to walk into the wild wonder of our past. Let’s protect this magic for future generations.
