Leadership isn't a title. It's what your guys see you do when the pressure is real. Lead from the front. Lead by exampleâŠ
Micro-management is a sign of insecure leadership.
I don't "hover-parent" my team. Provide the foundation, set the standard, and trust them to figure it out. Real leaders don't create followersâthey empower people to grow, advance, and lead whether you're there or not. via John "Shrek" McPhee
Like General George S. Patton said, make the other guy die for his country. Dying is a last resort to keep your team from dying but living gives you the opportunity to keep killing.

Their immunity is my immune systemâs burden. Visa versa
If youâre not optimizing your health, youâre also burdening those around you
the health of the individual is partly an emergent property of the health and infrastructure of the population around them. The Industrial Revolution is one of the clearest historical examples of this. This is where a lot of the false dichotomy surrounding germ vs terrain theory breaks down.
Better model? Ecological equilibrium
Our immune systems evolved in small, robust groups where regular exposure to familiar microbes was essential for immune development, and where both internal resilience (terrain) and pathogen exposure naturally balanced each other.
Now, collective immunotype has declined creating a "pathogen sink" where exposure is no longer reliably adaptive, but amplifies risk for the collective. That leaves us trapped in a hyper-novel catch 22, where both exposure and isolation can be destructive. That actually creates profound new selective pressures on our immune systems
When large groups have too many immunocompromised or unhealthy members, the group as a whole regresses (disease spreads, and collective health collapses or degrades slowly over time). in humans, as in mice, the health of the "terrain" at the group level determines whether exposure to pathogens is adaptive or catastrophic.
The more unhealthy or immunocompromised individuals, the greater the "sink" for pathogens, which amplifies collective risk.
So terrain theory isnât what you think. The health of the collective also shapes your âterrainâ. Not just your personal decisions around wellness. Your terrain is also shaped by the collective environment you live inside. sanitation, and the health of the population around you.
Itâs ironic that people who claim to have the most âholisticâ worldviews often end up reducing health to an entirely individualistic POV (âyou canât get sick if you eat healthyâ or some variation of that sentiment) where every outcome is traced back to someoneâs personal decisions rather than ecological determinants + decisions.
I still think personal decisions are the strongest lever (at least currently) to pull but we may be headed In the opposite direction if we donât figure out our collective problems as a society

The next generation of economic actors won't all be human, but their need for financial privacy will be just as real.
AI agents will have the same fundamental reasons to choose Monero that humans do: financial privacy, sovereignty, and the freedom to transact without exposing their entire economic history.

Jane Doe
Cornell 7 frat member says he was "sodomized" by 'Jane Doe' while incapacitated, asserted that nobody cared that he was a "survivor" of s*xual assault.
Matthew Ingalls torched school officials in an email, accusing them of gender discrimination and entrapment.
"You received information that I was sodomized by her while I was incapacitated back in November, and you never once thought to alert me of my rights under these procedures as a survivor of this assault?" Ingalls said in a letter to Cornell's Title IX investigator in February 2025, according to ABC.
"The very fact that I had to bring this to your attention now in February confirms my worst fears: that this process is rolled [sic] with gender discrimination."
According to separate documents, Ingalls said he was too intoxicated to give consent and claims he fell asleep at one point.
He also claimed, during a phone call with Doe, that she told him that she was completely sober.
If Republicans win the House of Representatives and the Senate in the 2026 Midterm Elections, Iâm going to give all adult citizens in the United States of America, $5,000! Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to signing those checks!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This repeats a promise Trump made in September 2026. The US has approximately 250 million adult citizens so the total cost would be over 1.25 trillion dollars. Congress must approve any such federal spending.

Refreshing
Since esoteric cavity cures have entered the zeitgeist once again, it's time to take you to school.
Gather round, and let's talk about what remineralization is, and what it isn't.
This all started from a concerned mother asking for the underground railroad of cavity cures that *isn't* nano-hydroxyapatite.
First, I'm going to take a little credit for helping nHA graduate from what used to be esoteric deep tracks into the billboard top 20. I guess the goalposts for esoteric wisdom continue to widen, because a few years ago nHA was almost too esoteric.
I digress...if you go into that post, she has HUNDREDS of comments and every single one of them is either bad advice, outright lying, or complete and utter stupidity.
Recommendations range from brushing with raw milk, to vitamin supplementation, to idiotic lectures about how osteoblasts (cells involved in bone, unrelated to teeth) help rebuild enamel.
Every single layman recommendation (including those that promote my own brand, @nobsroutines) is wrong.
Remineralization is not magic. It is the process of minerals depositing back into enamel.
It's happening right now. Your saliva is chock full of minerals that are providing nutrients to your enamel.
Enamel isn't nourished by the blood. If you cut your arm, blood rushes to the site delivering platelets to clot, and healing factors. Enamel isn't afforded that luxury. Dentin, the inner layer is nourished by blood (more specifically, the pulp), but not the outer layer.
The problem is, saliva can't keep up with the modern environment. That's why we've leaned on fluoride to quite literally fortify our enamel against the maladies of modern life.
We love acid (lemon water, kombucha, balsamic vinaigrette, tomato sauce, etc). Acid doesn't like our teeth. It dissolves the calcium and phosphate out of our enamel, typically at a pace that is no match for the healing abilities of saliva.
So yes, when pixie mothers ask for "secret remedies" it's insulting to you as a sentient being, to me as a practitioner, and to your own biology.
Now, let's get back to where cavities come into all this. A cavity earns its title once it' breaks through your enamel into the second layer of your tooth.
Before that point, you can absolutely reverse it. Whether that's through fluoride (gasp!), nano hydroxyapatite, theobromine, xylitol, or whatever compound you have a preference for. You can even stimulate your own saliva for a similar protection.
The essence of NOBS, my company (yes, I am biased) is that I turned this combination into a blend that I feel can help people put up a fight against modern living without the use of fluoride. You can debate that all you want. I think I've earned my stripes both with research that's publicly available, and with years in the marketplace and good will.
That doesn't mean you cannot do it without me, or without NOBS. You can, and you should.
Vitamins matter. Diet matters. Habits matter. Breathing matters.
Cavities are a metabolic issue, and a bacterial issue.
You need to control your biofilm (fancy term for bacteria that inhabit your mouth) away from a pathogenic state, to a more commensal state. We do that through hygiene. Brushing and flossing mechanically disrupts the biofilm.
You also need to nourish your body so that your saliva isn't sterile. Without proper vitamins and minerals, your saliva cannot protect your enamel the way it needs to. This is the essence of Weston Price's work that everyone loves to "introduce" me to.
Finally, you need to be diligent about who you trust your dental treatment with. It's a bloodbath out there with private equity, and shady dentists. Many times they will not tell you about reversing initial cavities, they don't care to talk to you about your diet and habits.
You know what's worse than a shady PE dentist?
A trad mother that tells you giving her husband oysters and swishing with raw milk reverses cavities. Or listing some product (my own included!) that regrew a tooth. Or posting images of people pre/post dental work and giving credit to some heavy metal-laden tooth powder online (this happens).
I take this so personally because if I just wanted money, I'd be doing other things.
I'm on a mission, and quite frankly...talking like this hurts my mission. It upsets me. So please stop doing it.
Oral health needs reputation rehabilitation: the providers and the patients need education.
It's not all bleak though, we're making progress. There's a huge movement happening, and I'm privileged to be a part of it.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk, carry on.

Tiagz got into a HEATED argument with Toronto police after repeated swatting calls, refusing to end his livestream because he says keeping the camera on protects him while an officer argues the stream is helping the situation continue and wasting emergency resources đłđ
They also argue over whether Tiagz could be held responsible for the repeated calls, with the officer saying he might be subject to charges and accusing him of âenjoyingâ the situation before telling him, âI have never heard of you. You are not famousâ

So real
If you sat me on a lie detector, and asked me:
âDo you consider Coca-Cola a health drink?â
I will answer without hesitation and without blinking:
YES!
- anxiolytic
- kills headaches/migraines
- performance enhancer
- settles nausea
- raises T
- helps dissolve shit in your stomach
-
etc.
Now, before some 0 IQ nutrition autist starts hyperventilating:
Am I presenting a balanced scientific assessment of Coca-Cola?
Obviously not. (Even though, all of those are documented effects). But rather, my larger point is:
I CHOOSE THE FRAME.
Because your belief about something can often exert an influence over your experience of that thing SO POWERFUL that it appears to OVERRIDE the underlying material âfacts.â
There are experiments on this that may change the way you think about mind and body.
Iâll tell you about one in the 1960s:
Japanese schoolboys hypersensitive to leaves from lacquer/wax trees, plants which produce a dermatitis similar to poison ivy.
Researchers touch one arm with a HARMLESS leaf and they tell the boys:
âThis is the poisonous one.â
RASH.
Redness. Itching. Inflammation.
Then they do the opposite.
Actually touch them with the poisonous leafâŠ
And tell them:
âDonât worry. This one is harmless.â
Most of them DIDNâT REACT.
Read that again.
The nervous system was given one material realityâŠ
And one BELIEVED realityâŠ
In many cases, the body behaved according to the latter.
What the fuck do you do with that?
People like to IMAGINE that they experience reality directly. But they donât. Nobody does.
Your nervous system is constantly interpreting.
Predicting.
Assigning meaning.
âThis is dangerous.â
âThis is good for me.â
âThis person hates me.â
âI am getting sick.â
âThis medication will save me.â
âI always perform badly under pressure.â
âIâm terrible with women.â
âI have bad genetics.â
And then your body and behaviour begin organising themselves AROUND THE EXPECTATION.
This is why I am so passionate and insistent, having drilled this into your heads for years now.
Your beliefs are everything.
A belief is not some cute sentence floating around inside your head.
Beliefs alter attention.
Attention alters perception.
Perception alters physiology and behaviour.
Behaviour alters outcomes.
Outcomes then come back around and reinforce the ORIGINAL BELIEF.
And eventually you look at the accumulated evidence and say:
âSee? I knew it.â
Of course you fucking knew it.
Youâve been manufacturing evidence for it for ten years. What did you expect?
This does NOT mean you can believe cyanide is protein powder and live.
Material reality exists.
But understandâŠ
You NEVER interact with material reality without an INTERPRETATION of material reality riding on top of it.
And that interpretation has the power to entirely DICTATE how we respond to it.
Placebo.
Nocebo.
Expectation.
Suggestion.
Hypnosis.
Self-image.
Different doors that invite the same question:
HOW MUCH OF WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE AS âREALITYâ IS ACTUALLY YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM OBEYING AN INSTRUCTION?
So yes.
I drink lots of Coke, and it ONLY adds to my health.
And Iâm sure the alleged âhealthmaxxersâ who are obsessed with balls and deathly afraid of touching receipts would disagree.
Then again, a Big Mac would probably kill them. Thats fine.
They can keep their neurotic little story about it.
I like mine betterâŠ.
Be VERY fucking careful what you decide things mean.
PERCEPTION IS REALITY.
Scientists used BPC 157 to fully heal a patient in six weeks who suffered a 2000 pound JDAM warhead which blew their shit smoov off
