Second update: every model now understands voice notes. Each voice note and video turns into text, so GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Muse Spark all get the words. Models without video support get a description of what the video shows.

It's on by default for every assistant. Prefer it off? Turn off Transcriptions in the assistant's settings, right under Model. Start scaling your customer ops at useinvent.com

Meta's WhatsApp pricing is live as of today. Replies are billed per message after the first 1,000 a month per number. Accounts without a payment method stopped delivering this morning.
