AGI for ads is here.
Introducing Fastlane: the world’s first AI that runs your ads end to end.
To everyone sending us messages, this is our response:
Google just led a $20m round into a complete rip-off of my startup, Fastlane.
(skip to 55 seconds to skip context)
This isn’t something I’d normally talk about, but a line has been crossed. This disgusting and egregious behavior honestly makes me sick.
Fortunately, there is nothing anyone could do to stop us from winning. Especially not some unimaginative NPC’s. Good luck fellas.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The post claims Google led a $20M round into a real "Relay" rip-off of Fastlane, but no such funding or scaled competitor exists; it amplifies unverified hype for a basic tool contradicted by its site and community notes.

we're not a phone farm! that's the biggest difference, just google how dangerous and insecure phone farms are!
we address all refund requests via Discord tickets / emails! Apologies for your experience Simon, if you did purchase and are unhappy with your experience please reach out!

You can get Claude to interact with the "Warmed Accounts" section and do this.
Apologies for the incorrect response for our copilot - as with all genAI, it can make mistakes.
Hey Malthe! Thanks for letting us know you're finding the product good.
Would love to know what features you think aren't in the product? I've just listed them all out in my reply to the original tweet and where to find them if that helps
Replying to @carlmonkft @starter_story
Totally understand the point you’re making, and we’re more than happy to own it and improve where we’ve gotten something wrong. We genuinely appreciate the feedback.
But we’ve itemised every feature shown in that video and explained exactly where each one exists in the platform. So could you please clarify specifically which feature you believe is fake or unavailable?
If there’s something we’ve shown that you genuinely can’t do in Fastlane, we’ll happily acknowledge it, own it and address it. We just need some clarity on what that is.
If not, regardless, we genuinely appreciate you voicing your concerns. Feedback like this will definitely help inform how we position the product and tell the Fastlane story going forward. We know there’s always room to improve, both in the product itself and in how we communicate what it does.
Also saw from your bio that you have a lot of experience with TikTok ads. Would genuinely be keen to jump on a call and connect if you had any spare time! I’m sure there’s plenty we could learn from your experience / perspective, including ways we could make Fastlane better for people running paid social!
Either way, appreciate the conversation and wish you all the best with what you’re building!

Really sorry about this. We’ll definitely refund the $49.
We’d also love to understand where the breakdown in communication happened, as we aim to respond to all bug reports and support submissions within 72 hours.
Please DM us or email us with the details you used for your account and we’ll take a look at what happened, process the refund, and make sure we learn from it.
Apologies again for the experience you had.

We replied to your original post addressing each of the points you raised in what you're quote retweeting, but none of those points seem to be addressed here.
On the screenshot, it looks like we may have missed the mark with that customer. We’d need more context to understand exactly what broke down in communication, but if someone had a poor experience with Fastlane, we absolutely want to understand it and make it right.
At the same time, one poor experience isn’t representative of the product or the people using it. Fastlane has 50,000+ users, and we regularly hear from customers getting incredible results with the platform - feel free to see screenshot attached from just a few minutes ago!
We’re proud of what we’ve built, while also being very aware that there’s a lot we can improve. We’re shipping those improvements constantly.
Happy to have a genuine conversation about any specific feature or criticism, but calling the product fake without addressing what we’ve clarified doesn’t really help anyone evaluating it.

Cheers Om! I’ve tried to address all the points in my reply above, but either way it’s great feedback to understand where our messaging goes wrong and how we can improve tbh - but thank you for the vouch!
