The Minister said accurate information on Government land will help protect land reserved for schools, health facilities, roads, police stations, markets, administrative offices, forests and other public purposes.
She emphasised that the exercise is not intended to take away lawfully owned private land, adding that ownership will be respected and legitimate disputes handled through the appropriate legal mechanisms.
