ALT The Figures: The numbers of women in senior roles has fallen by 5%. Female directors call the shots on only ¼ of shows. The gender pay gay is 39% for women aged 20-29.
ALT Anecdotally, we are hearing stories about women being booked for jobs then dropped when men become available…
ALT But we are fighting to change things
ALT We publish rate guidance because transparency is key to addressing the gender pay gap and working towards pay parity for production and editorial….new unscripted rate card dropping soon.
