Just sending a quick morning "fuck you" to @sydneymardigras for ignoring 2 emails sent to their dedicated accessibility email address last week (+2 instagram DMs & now probably this tweet).
...Still no word on whether I can access that venue (for an event that has now passed).
Most won't have the luxury of a parliamentary pension to fund our care needs in old age. We want to know we'll get the quality of care we deserve when the time comes- which requires funding, wage increases & care time guarantees.

Imagine that you've landed a CEO position at $1bn company, #SunRice, only to spend your days trying to keep casual workers worse off than they would be on the award & strip them of volunteer firey leave.
This is not your dream job, surely? A great salary, but at what cost?
Taking away DV leave? Taking away time to donate blood or work as volunteer firefighters? Is this REALLY the way $1 billion Sunrice wants to treat their workers?
No wonder those workers have gone on strike today!

If I know anything about my fellow Australians, it's that they hate medicare & think we should throw it in the bin. A real vote-winner, that one.
A Govt alliance between @AustralianLabor& @Greens will mean a tax on billionaires & big business, free childcare costing $20bn, adding dental & mental health to Medicare & a social housing scheme. Sounds great but you will be paying for it with higher taxes - if you have a job!
