⛽ Last night, drones reportedly struck the Volodarskaya fuel storage and distribution hub, the largest facility of its kind in the Moscow region. Im Video sind die Rufe eindeutig: „Nieder mit dem Zaren!“ und an die Beamten gerichtet: „Ihr tötet unsere Kinder im Krieg!“
Die Dinge sind ganz simpel:
Der Zar schickt Söhne und Enkel in ein fremdes Land, in dem sie nichts verloren haben und aus dem viele nie zurückkehren. Niemand zwingt ihn dazu. Niemand hat ihn gerufen.
Die Gefahr und das Töten geht von Russland aus. Putins Propaganda von Gefahr aus Europa hat nicht gefruchtet, die Realität wird auf dem Friedhof gesehen.
Es ist ganz einfach.
Sobald keine Kinder mehr über die Grenze geschickt werden, ist der Krieg vorbei.
Es braucht Mut, sich auf den Straßen Moskaus gegen dieses Regime zu stellen – doch diese Menschen zeigen, dass die Wahrheit begriffen wird, die Gefahr woanders gesehen wird: an der Front.
Der Krieg endet dort, wo er angefangen hat: In Moskau. Und in den Köpfen derer, die dem Zaren ihre Kinder nicht mehr geben.

🔥🇷🇺 Protests are getting more interesting across Russia. In Moscow, around 60 people were detained after demonstrators shouted “Down with the Tsar!”, “Freedom for political prisoners!” and “Fair elections!”
⚡ And this is no longer only about the Communists. Opposition activists and independent Russians are joining protests over disputed elections, while similar demonstrations have appeared in several other Russian cities. Reports say rallies for fair elections were held in Syktyvkar, Tyumen and Tobolsk.
👑 Just think about the slogan: “Down with the Tsar.” Would we have heard it so openly even a year ago?
Putin’s war has brought military failures, economic pressure and growing restrictions inside Russia. Arrests can disperse a rally, but they cannot remove the frustration that is producing these protests.
🔥 The most important question now is whether this anger keeps spreading – and whether more Russians who normally stay away from politics decide to join.

Die EU-Aufsicht ESMA will Coins künftig schon auf Verdacht einfrieren dürfen.
Wer in Europa Tether hält oder staked, steht gleich mit auf der Liste.
Am Mittwoch um Mitternacht lief die Frist der EU-Kommission ab. 86 Fragen dazu, was an MiCA geändert werden soll, und die ESMA in Paris hat geantwortet wie eine Behörde, die mehr Macht will. Sie will Webseiten sperren und abschalten dürfen. Sie will Krypto-Vermögen einfrieren, sobald ein Verdacht auf Marktmissbrauch oder Terrorfinanzierung besteht.
Verdacht reicht. Wer über den Verdacht entscheidet und wie lange dein Coin dann festsitzt, steht in der Antwort nicht.
Dann kommt die Tür zu DeFi. Wer dir eine Oberfläche baut, über die du ein DeFi-Protokoll erreichst, soll eine eigene Lizenz brauchen. Wann etwas wirklich dezentral ist, will die ESMA selbst festlegen.
Am härtesten trifft es den Dollar, mit dem die Welt Krypto handelt. Tether ist 184 Milliarden Dollar schwer, der größte Stablecoin überhaupt, und hat keine MiCA-Zulassung. Die lizenzierten Börsen haben ihn für Europäer schon 2025 aus dem Handel genommen. Jetzt sollen lizenzierte Firmen ihn auch nicht mehr verleihen, als Sicherheit annehmen oder umtauschen dürfen.
Circle, Herausgeber von USDC und Gewinner jeder solchen Regel, hat diese Woche selbst gezählt. Von den 25 größten Stablecoins fallen drei unter MiCA. Wer in Europa legal handelt, handelt mit dem Rest der Welt nur noch über eine Nebenstraße. Strengere Auflagen für Staking, Lending und für Influencer, die Krypto bewerben, kommen obendrauf.
Was am Ende dieser Politik steht, zeigt Binance schon heute.
Seit dem 1. Juli müssen Börsen ohne MiCA-Lizenz ihr EU-Geschäft abwickeln. Binance hat am 24. Juni seinen Antrag in Griechenland zurückgezogen, die alten Lizenzen in Frankreich, Spanien und Polen sind ausgelaufen. Europäer bedient Binance trotzdem, über eine Gesellschaft in Abu Dhabi. Die Begründung heißt Reverse Solicitation: Der Kunde sei von selbst gekommen. Laut Financial Times prüfen die ESMA und die Aufseher aus Frankreich, Deutschland und Griechenland jetzt, ob das hält, Strafen sind möglich. Gillian Lynch, Europa-Chefin von Binance, sagt: "Binance verlässt Europa nicht."
Was ich nicht weiß: ob die Kommission das übernimmt. Noch ist nichts davon Gesetz, der Bericht der Kommission ist bis zum 30. Juni 2027 fällig, ein Gesetzesvorschlag kann folgen oder ausbleiben. Und ob für das Einfrieren ein Richter nötig wäre, lässt die ESMA offen.
Europa mauert gerade jede Tür zu...
